An Apology For the Last Two Days

As the title says, we're sorry guys. We've kinda bummed out the last two days (our first days without any posts at all). But we have good excuses! I swear!

You see, my household recently acquired a Wii, and for those of you with one you should understand perfectly. Wii Sports and Super Mario Galaxy have pretty much dominated my weekend and eliminated my will to be responsible.

As for ryizzel, the very depths of the internet took him from our sweet tender grasp and no one was there to retrieve him. Luckily, I'm back as I've learned to control my addiction towards the Wii and I'll make sure we do double the posts this week to make up for our lack. Sorry again guys.

McCullough Follow up

My favorite "journalist" has finally... sorta apologized for the remarks he made about Mass Effect on Sunday.

Since yesterday's response many gamers who have written have offered more assistance in unlocking obscenity and dangerous content in the video game world. That is much appreciated. Based on the multitude of response by gamers who share my concern for decency in the entertainment of our children, it is obvious that I had been misinformed on at least two points of substance in my original column. For this I DO apologize to the gaming universe!

To me, this sounds like a "stop sending death threats to my inbox" apology. The Internet should take this as a victory however, getting a reporter to admit they didn't properly research the topic they were writing about is no small feat. Perhaps next time Mr. McCullough will rely on sources other than Youtube.
