Today Activision has confirmed the 360 version of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare will be released on Thursday, April 10th. The Variety Map Pack DLC was originally expected on April 3rd, the same day CoD4's GOTY edition is to be released.

It's easter Sunday...and PSN has seemingly gone to hell. It seems owners of the ps3 version of Rainbow six: Vegas 2 are experiencing connectivity problems and large amounts of lag. To make matters worse, Ubisoft's tech support staff has taken the weekend off for the holidays, making the possibility for a patch to rectify this problem before the end of spring break zero.
RB6V2 isn't the only game that is experiencing difficulties however. It seems owners of the ps3 version of CoD4 have also been experiencing lag for the last several months. One can only hope these problems will be remedied in the near future.
