Retro Employees Get Fired, Maybe.

Psssst, guess what? Several employees over at Retro Studios got canned... I think... or maybe they quit? The details around their sudden departure are kind of cloudy.

According to Shacknews, "Design director Mark Pacini, art director Todd Keller, and principal technology engineer Jack Mathews were escorted off the premises last Friday."

For those of you worried about Retro Studios closing, or the future of the Metroid series, fret not, we've been reassured that Retro won't be closing anytime soon and Metroid Dread is being developed by Nintendo itself.

Another Company Bites the Dust

Pseudo Interactive, the developing studio for the Full Auto games, has come to a halt and closed shop.

Due to a budgeting issue caused by Eidos and SCi canceling a few of Pseudo's projects, the developers tried to push on, but inevitably couldn't continue any longer.

I think that the devs from Pseudo will do just fine with the two Full Auto titles on their records, best of luck to em.
