PSN Pre-paid Cards Now Available at a Blockbusters near you

North American credit cardless gamers rejoice! Sony has finally gotten it's damn act together and made Playstation Network cards available at any Blockbusters....starting yesterday!

The PSN pre-paid cards will act just like Wii Points or MS Points cards and come in $20 and $50 packages. Finally all of us without credit cards can purchase pixeljunk, or that latest rock band add-on.

Juno as a video game?

Yes, you read the title right, Juno is getting a freaking game.

For those of you who don't know,(the cave dwellers), Juno is a romantic comedy starring Arrested Development's Micheal Cera and Jason Bateman. It's been Nominated for 4 Oscars and apparently did pretty well in the box office.

Yesterday, at the D.I.C.E. summit in Las Vegas, the intellectual-property migration specialist, Keith Boesky was quoted saying "People are making a game based on Juno just to cater to the [casual] market."

...Sigh...

I really hope they are kidding about this game. To be honest, I've never heard of such a bad idea for a game before. I just don't understand why Hollywood feels that it needs a video game for every "blockbuster" movie. The only people who buy movie games are clueless parents and fans of the movie expecting a quality re-creation for them to play through. Surely there can't be that much of them buying these games to make them profitable for the studios.

Take Beowulf for example, excellent movie, but gave birth to a shitty game. The average review for the game is 4.6 and guess what? It sells for 20 dollars...new(No seriously check it out).
